Volunteer positions at the New Zealand Open cover a wide range of roles for enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate volunteers who want to have fun and who can donate their time and energy to bring this fantastic event to life.
Whether you are a golfer or not, we have a role for you:
In general, volunteers are asked to complete a minimum of four shifts during the Tournament.
Most tasks have an a.m and p.m shift at Millbrook Resort and most volunteers will be required to start early in the morning each day and report to the volunteer HQ area before the start of play.
We encourage clubs to bring a group of members and friends together, to “adopt a hole” and make it yours to marshal for the duration of the tournament.
Depending on the size of your group we can allocate you a par 3, 4 or 5 hole. Active ownership of a hole during the tournament can promote club member involvement.
Please complete the following form, we will then make contact to confirm your Volunteer Role.
