Golf New Zealand is partnering with Hyundai to provide two exciting opportunities for young people to experience LOVE Golf Futures at the New Zealand Open!

Hyundai Futures Festival of Golf – an opportunity for young people of all ages and abilities to give golf a go through fun challenges and activities.
Hyundai Futures Ambrose Open – An experience for 12–18-year-olds with a handicap of 25 and under for boys and 35 and under for girls.

After a fun-filled morning of golf, catch all the excitement of the final round of the New Zealand Open and see who will be crowned champion at the end of the days play. See below for event details and registration.

Hyundai Futures Festival of Golf Details

Open to those 18 years and under, young people will have opportunities to learn new skills, play games, and participate in many fun challenges with coaches available to provide support and guidance. Embrace the excitement, bring the whole family, and enjoy a day filled with fun and festivities. There are only 200 spots available, so don’t miss out – register now!

Parents/caregivers are not required to register but are encouraged to join in the fun!

9:30 am – Check in opens for Festival attendees (Hole 2 tee – Remarkables course)

Hyundai Futures Ambrose Open Details

Open to young people between the ages of 12-18 with a handicap, 25 and under for boys and 35 and under for girls. Enjoy the experience of playing 6 holes at the New Zealand Open! Experience four-person Ambrose format and an additional longest-drive challenge hole. With plenty of prizes, giveaways and fun, you don’t want to miss out – register now!

Participants are to register individually and, if applicable, identify the players they wish to team up with. All other players will be grouped with those similar in age. Please note all registrations will join the waitlist. You will then receive an email informing you if your spot has been confirmed, along with further event information.

9:00 am – Ambrose players check in at Remarkables Course Hole 2 tee.
9:15 – 9:30 am – Teams tees off
