Ryan Chisnall represented New Zealand on several occasions before turning professional late in 2017 and soon after secured his PGA Tour of Australasia playing rights via the Tour School in December of that year.
The highlight of his rookie season on the Australasian Tour in 2018 was when runner-up at the Vic PGA and 7th at the lucrative Victorian Open.
Chisnall finished tied for third at the inaugural Gippsland Super 6 event in November of 2019. Chisnall won an event on the Charles Tour in New Zealand in 2014 as an amateur.
