Canberra’s Matthew Millar has developed into one of Australasia’s most consistent golfers and in 2018 finished runner-up on the PGA Tour of Australasia’s money list.
His 9 top tens that year included a victory at the inaugural Rebel Sports Masters near Auckland and top five finishes at the Australian Open and Australian PGA Championships.
A winner also of the NZ PGA Championship in 2015, Millar has regularly performed well in New Zealand and has finished 4th previously at a New Zealand Open. Millar is playing some of his best golf in recent years has been twice named the PGA Tour of Australasia’s Player of the Year.
