Lincoln Tighe is an Australian pro who primarily plays on the PGA Tour of Australasia. Hailing from Wollongong, New South Wales, Tighe turned to the paid ranks in 2010 following a successful amateur career where he captained the NSW Interstate Team.
Renowned for his immense power off the tee, Tighe captured his marquee tier-one victory early in his career at the 2014 NSW PGA Championship. Despite his undeniable talent, his trajectory was significantly interrupted in 2018 by a severe hand injury that required surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation period. Demonstrating tremendous resilience, he successfully fought his way back to the top domestic level. He notably forced a four-hole playoff at the 2023 TPS Hunter Valley, ultimately finishing as the runner-up.
Continuing to prove his enduring quality, Tighe delivered a standout performance during the 2025 season with a tied-second finish at the PNG Open. He followed that up with a remarkably consistent 2025/26 campaign across the Australasian circuits, comfortably retaining his playing privileges and firmly establishing his position among the top 60 on the official Order of Merit.
