Jack Buchanan from Australia is one of the most exciting young talents on the PGA Tour of Australasia and a rising star in the Asia-Pacific region. A highly decorated amateur who proudly represented Australia at the Eisenhower Trophy, Buchanan made a seamless, highly anticipated transition to the professional ranks in late 2023 and immediately began making waves on his home circuit.
Buchanan enjoyed a spectacular breakout 2024 campaign, capturing his maiden professional victory in dramatic fashion at the WA PGA Championship, where he triumphed on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff. Capitalizing on his elite ball-striking, he quickly backed up that breakthrough by firing a course-record 62 to claim his second title at the Webex Players Series South Australia. His stellar performances earned him an impressive 6th-place finish on the Order of Merit. More recently, Buchanan successfully navigated the grueling DP World Tour Qualifying School to secure playing status in Europe on the Challenge Tour, further expanding his global footprint as he also continues to build his resume on the Asian Tour.
