Dylan Gardner is an Australian pro from the Sunshine Coast who has rapidly emerged as a contender on the PGA Tour of Australasia. He first made waves in the developmental ranks as a PGA Associate, winning the prestigious Pampling Plate in 2022 before turning fully professional in November of that year.
His 2024/25 season was defined by a breakout performance at the Gippsland Super 6 in December 2024. In the unique match-play format, Gardner reached the final match but was narrowly defeated by Ben Henkel in a playoff, finishing as the runner-up. He proved this was no fluke by recording a stellar T8 finish at the 104th New Zealand Open in early 2025, performing strongly against an international field in the Asian Tour co-sanctioned event. While still hunting for his maiden major tour title, he did claim a victory on the Pro-Am circuit in July 2025 at the Lion Richlands McLeod Pro-Am
