Doyeob Mun from South Korea is a dual-tour star who competes on both the Asian Tour and the KPGA Tour. A professional since 2013, Mun produced the most spectacular performance of his career during the 2025 season, delivering a “miracle at Namseoul” to capture his maiden Asian Tour title.
His defining moment came at the GS Caltex Maekyung Open in May 2025. Starting the final round six shots off the lead, Mun produced a sizzling, bogey-free 8-under-par 63 (including four consecutive birdies on the back nine) to storm through the field and win by three strokes. It was a career-changing victory for the 34-year-old, who had earned his tour card just months earlier by finishing 3rd at the Asian Tour Qualifying School. He proved the win was no fluke by capturing a second title later in the year at the KPGA Founders Cup in September, eventually finishing 20th on the Asian Tour Order of Merit.
