Dominic Foos is a German pro who has been in the spotlight since his teenage years as a record-breaking prodigy. He turned professional on his 17th birthday in 2014 and quickly made history the following year. By winning the 2015 GANT Open in Finland, he became the youngest winner in the history of the Challenge Tour at just 17 years and 347 days old. This early success marked him as one of Europe’s most promising talents.

After a period of grinding on various tours, Foos experienced a major career resurgence in late 2025. He claimed victory at the SJM Macao Open on the Asian Tour, defeating Wang Wei-hsuan in a playoff. This win was significant not only for Foos personally but also for German golf history. It ended a 29-year drought for German players on the Asian Tour, making him the first countryman to win on the circuit since the legendary Bernhard Langer in 1996.
