Originally from South West Rocks on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Brandt-Richards moved to Sydney as a teenager to develop his game, representing his state and being a key member of the Mona Vale Golf Club’s successful pennant team.
Won Pacific North West Amateur while playing several events in the USA as an amateur in 2015
He played his first season as a professional in 2016 and was named the Rookie of the Year on the Queensland Sunshine Tour and recorded a best finish of 3rd at the Queensland Open that year, still his best finish on the PGA Tour of Australasia.
Some of his best finishes have come in the Pacific Islands having finished inside the top 6 in the PNG Open (twice) and the South Pacific Open.
Will attempt to earn Asian Tour status in early 2020.
