Berry Henson from the United States is one of the most colorful and enduring characters on the Asian Tour. Known affectionately as “The Hensonator,” this California native has been a fixture on the Asian circuit since 2011. He gained viral fame in 2023 when he qualified for the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club at age 43, famously revealing that he drove for Uber part-time when back in the U.S. to fund his golf dreams.
His 2025 season was a grind that demonstrated his veteran savvy. While he didn’t capture a title, he produced timely results to maintain his presence on tour. His best performance of the year came at the New Zealand Open in early 2025, where he finished tied-15th at Millbrook Resort, shooting a 16-under par total. He also finished the year strongly with a tied-15th at the Taiwan Glass Taifong Open and a tied-22nd at the season-ending Saudi Open presented by PIF, results that helped him secure his status for a 16th season in Asia.
