Andrew Evans is an Australian pro from Sydney, New South Wales, who has built a successful career competing in both Australia and Japan. A former trainee at Bexley Golf Club, Evans broke through for his biggest victory at the 2021 Queensland Open, where he triumphed at Pelican Waters. That victory, combined with his consistent play, launched him onto the Japan Golf Tour, where he competed as a full member for several seasons.
In the current 2025/26 season, Evans has been a steady presence on the PGA Tour of Australasia. While he is currently working to recapture his top form, he has recorded solid finishes including a tied-24th at the Webex Players Series South Australia in October 2025 and a tied-30th at the Victorian PGA Championship in December. He remains a dangerous player capable of low scores, evidenced by his top-5 finish at the Heritage Classic earlier in 2025.
