The New Zealand Open is the leading golf tournament that will be played for the 104th time in late February at Millbrook Resort, near Arrowtown, Central Otago.
Benefitz founder and Managing Director Aidan Bennett is excited to be back on board for the next three years and is looking forward to building on a successful 2024 business partnership.
“It was a real thrill for the team when we were appointed last year and it’s fair to say that we all love our golf, so extending this relationship for a further three years is very pleasing,” he says.
“Like the crew who organise the New Zealand Open, we’re passionate about what we do, so it’s a very good fit. Innovation is part of our DNA, and we feel sure this played a big part in being chosen for the project, and it’s very clear this will play a part in the tournament evolving in years to come.”
All print and signage elements for the New Zealand Open are produced at the Benefitz HQ on Auckland’s North Shore. The manufacturing facility is state-of-the-art and powered by solar. Members of the 70-strong Benefitz team also play a part in installation at Millbrook Resort during the build-up for the event.
“Events are a big part of what we do,” says Bennett. “Being capable of producing such a diverse range of items makes us well-suited to events like the New Zealand Open. We produce everything from printed scorecards for players through to big banners, fabric prints, bunting, branded archways, tee block signs and vehicle signage, to name just a few.”
Benefitz already enjoys a strong history with golf in New Zealand. The company has printed golf scorecards for a high percentage of clubs throughout the country for over 35 years and is celebrating 37 years of business in 2025.
