Apply for funding

The New Zealand Open Charitable Trust is committed to making a meaningful impact in the communities connected to the New Zealand Open and supporting the development of golf across Aotearoa. Through funding support, we aim to strengthen our host region, promote participation and wellbeing, and create opportunities through education and sport.

We invite applications from organisations and initiatives that align with the Trust’s mission and focus areas, which include:

  • Environmental and community wellbeing in the tournament’s host region

  • Access to golf for youth and people with disabilities

  • Promotion of physical and mental wellbeing through sport

  • Educational and development opportunities with a charitable purpose

If your project supports one or more of these areas, we welcome your application. Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. Our Trustees review applications on a regular basis and will be in touch following their assessment.

For any questions or assistance with your application, feel free to contact us at [email protected]
